This project is a full interior and exterior remodel of a 1940’s house.
PARAVANT Architect' s approach to the design was to reconnect the main house to the detached building with an emphasis on the existing
courtyard space and to spatially and visually bring the adjacent yard into the entire house with large windows and doors that can control fresh air and natural light. The images show the current construction stage and the buildings prior to the residential remodel in Pasadena, CA. The hard-scape including a fire pit and landscape will be installed shortly.
